3　Equipment Foundation，Anchor Bolts and Padding Plate

3.1　General Provisions

3.1.1　The chapter is applicable to the acceptance for installation quality of foundation，anchor bolts and padding plate of metallurgical machinery and ironmaking equipments.

3.1.2　The inspection acceptance shall be organized for foundation before installation of equipment，the equipment shall not be installed when the foundation is not accepted.

3.1.3　The settlement observation and observation records shall be taken during installation of equipment foundation for blast furnace，hot-blast stove body，blast furnace blower and blast furnace top gas recovery turbine unit.
