温度180℃,预热烤箱5~10分钟。预热结束后将烤鸡放入烤箱中,温度仍为180℃,时间25分钟图5。如果将腌制好的仔鸡在烘烤前取出来擦干料汁,风干20分钟,烤出来的鸡外皮会更焦香,但肉质会稍柴。
