1.4 焊缝
焊接及相关工艺方法代号及注法(摘自GB/T 5185—2005)
用阿拉伯数字代号来表示金属焊接及钎焊等各种焊接方法,此数字代号均可在图样上作为焊接方法来使用,标在指引线尾部。此代号与GB/T 324—2008《焊缝符号表示方法》配套使用(见表1-4-33~表1-4-40)。

单一焊接方法代号的表示,如角焊缝采用手工电弧焊时见图1-4-1。组合焊接方法代号的表示,即一个焊接接头同时采用两种焊接方法打底,后用埋弧焊盖面时见图1-4-2。

焊缝符号表示方法(摘自GB/T 324-2008、GB/T 12212-2012)
在技术图样或文件上需要表示焊缝或接头时,推荐采用焊缝符号。必要时,也可采用一般技术制图方法表示。
完整的焊缝符号一般由基本符号、补充符号、尺寸符号及数据等与指引线组成。图形符号的比例、尺寸和在图样上的位置参见GB/T 12212,为了简化在图样上标注焊缝时通常只采用基本符号和指引线,其他内容一般在有关的文件中(如焊接工艺规程等)明确。

不同厚度钢板的对接焊接
不同厚度钢板对接焊接时,如果两板厚度差(δ-δ1)不超过表1-4-46规定,则焊接接头的基本型式与尺寸按较厚板的尺寸数据来选取,否则,应在较厚的板上作出单面(如表中图a)或双面(如图b)削薄,其削薄长度L≥3(δ-δ1)。

1)建筑钢结构焊缝许用应力按表1-4-54、表1-4-55选取。

①检查焊缝的普通方法指外观检查、钻孔检查等;精确方法是在普通方法基础上,用X射线方法进行补充检查。
②钢材按尺寸分组,见表1-4-55。
注:原表单位为kgf/cm2,表中值为按1kgf/cm2=00980665MPa换算值的近似值。

按表1-4-54选取的许用应力数值为结构受静载荷时的数值。在表1-4-56的情况下工作的构件,其焊缝许用应力值应乘以相应的折减系数Ψ(见表1-4-56)。受变应力的构件,其许用应力也乘以降低系数γ,γ值可以从表1-4-56中曲线图查得。

注:1.计算疲劳强度时的焊缝许用应力见GB/T 3811—2008标准的585。
2.焊缝质量分级按GB/T 19418的规定。质量要求严格为B级中等为C级,一般为D级,详见标准。

4.施工条件较差的焊缝或受横向载荷的焊缝,表中焊缝许用应力宜适当降低。

1.载荷组合:A—无风工作情况;B—有风工作情况;C—受到特殊载荷作用的工作情况或非工作情况。详见GB/T 3811—2008。
2.在一般非高危险的正常情况下,高危险度系数γn=1,强度安全系数n就是GB/T 3811—2008表H.1中的强度系数γfi(即1.48、1.34、1.22)。
3.σs值应根据钢材厚度选取,见GB/T 700和GB/T 1591。
