Research on the Development Path of Social Work Service Organization under Field Theory：Taking H institution in Guangzhou as an example
Abstract: This paper chooses H institution in Guangzhou region as the object of study, combs the origins of H institution, draws the origin of their development，and analyzes the motive and logic of the background of H institution to social service in historical discourse. The development of H institution is accidental. It goes through a constantly exploring process of collective business, housekeeping enterprises and finally to become asocial service agencies. It is the result of unconscious choice. Under the guidance of field theory, this paper analyzes the birth and development of H institution under the three key concepts: field, capital and habit, and summarizes the factors and conditions that can be developed rapidly. H institution is a kind of development model with collective enterprises background. It makes good attempts to integrate local and traditional values into social work value.
